Mecalac ist ein weltweit agierender Baumaschinenhersteller. Die Produktionspalette umfasst Mobil- und Kettenbagger, Radlader, Baustellenkipper, Baggerlader und Verdichtungsgeräte. Der Hauptsitz befindet sich in Annecy/Frankreich mit Fertigungsstätten in Büdelsdorf/Deutschland, Coventry/England und Izmir/Türkei.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen technischen Support (m/w/d) für die After Sales Abteilung für unser Werk in Büdelsdorf/Deutschland.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Technische und Kaufmännische Kundenbetreuung
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei allen technischen Fragen
  • Annahme eingehender Bestellungen, Terminierung und Weitergabe ans Ersatzteillager
  • Retourenabwicklung und serviceorientierte Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Auswertungen für das statistische Bundesamt
  • Abrechnung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Dokumenten zur Rückabwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung und Freude am Lernen
  • Engagement und Flexibilität
  • Sicher Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung (wünschenswert)
