    Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons pour notre site d'Annecy-le-Vieux (74) des MÉCANICIENS MONTEURS(H/F).

    Votre mission :

    • Assurez, au sein de nos lignes d’assemblage, le montage de différents éléments (châssis, moteurs, équipements hydrauliques, …) de nos engins, en respectant les consignes qualité et sécurité.
    • Assurer l’assemblage des composants en suivant la procédure
    • Assurer le contrôle des pièces assemblées et corriger les défauts qualité
    • Gérer le poste de production, son entretien et son bon fonctionnement
    • Favoriser l’Amélioration Continue
    • Veiller à la Sécurité et à l’Environnement

    Votre profil : de formation CAP à Bac Pro en mécanique générale, maintenance des systèmes automatisés, maintenance de matériel de TP, … ou profils techniques : menuisier, charpentier, ...
    Vous êtes également autonome et rigoureux.se. Le travail en équipe dans une bonne ambiance représente une force pour vous.

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Define and implement the product marketing strategy to promote the range of dumper, backhoe loader and compactor on all targeted markets.

    MAIN ACTIVITIES

    In accordance with company rules, procedures and standards and in line with the company’s strategy:

    Knowledge of the market and customers:

    • Define customer segmentation.
    • Follow up of the competition, participate in benchmarking and comparative testing.
    • Participate to the definition of the pricing strategy.
    • Detect and address the various market opportunities.

    Communication of differentiated, clear and relevant product positioning:

    • Define the product marketing strategy.
    • Optimize the sales strategy (by market sector, customer category, ...).
    • Positioning the products and create messages.
    • Create content for web and social media in collaboration with the communication department.

    Construction of tools for sales teams to ensure commercial success:

    • Define and create sales support tools.
    • Define and lead commercial trainings.
    • Analyze best practices.
    • Create comparative documentation, thematic, ...

    Involvement in the success of the launch of products:

    • Program and follow the launch of products.
    • Ensure the follow up of distribution channels in relation to the sales department.
    • Define actions to be implemented in response to sales performance.
    • Participate to the organization of events and shows.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

    • Graduate engineer preferably with a strong interest in marketing.
    • English proficiency. The knowledge of French is a plus.
    • Experience of 3 to 5 years in a marketing department within a mechanical or similar industry.
    • Proficiency in the Office Suite.
    • The mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.

    Within MECALAC GROUP SERVICES (based in Annecy), working as a support for all the subsidiaries:

    • To implement the Mecalac customers data base in order to improve our customer relationship.
    • To keep the Key Performance Indicadors (KIP) follow-up tools updated in order to contribute to the Group and our network performance analysis.

    MAIN ACTIVITIES

    In accordance with Group's rules, procedures, standards and line with the Group's strategy:

    • Management of the CRM database:
      • To maintain the quality of our customers database
      • To insure an effective diffusion of strategic information to our customers
      • To develop Salesforce tool
      • To contribute to create follow-up lead tools for sellers
      • To develop required analysis tools for the internal decision support
    • Management and implementation of sales performance follow-up tools :
      • To gather and report our monthly sales results
      • To update the KPI analysis file
      • To be proactive in order to develop an automatic system to collect and release data
      • To take part in the reporting tools development for the sales department
    • Involvement into the marketing department projects:
      • To support the team in required cases (marketing events or for the different companies of the Group)
      • To be part of transversal developement projects

    • REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

      • Master degree in Marketing or Business.
      • English proficiency.
      • 3 to 5 years experience in CRM area. Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    At the heart of a geographical area and customer issues, the Market Support Officer (MSO) plays a double role of technical advisor (for all MECALAC products) and of aftersales sales representative in order to develop the whole range of products of the Service. He is supported by a senior technical engineer in each plant (Factory Service Engineer) for the technical part.

    He is also responsible of the technical relationship between the factories of the group and the technical and commercial departments of the MECALAC dealer network..

    Finally, he ensures that the MECALAC network is at the right technical level and applies the directives (technical, training, tools, etc.) of the group's factories


    MAIN ACTIVITIES and AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    In accordance with Group's rules, procedures, standards and line with the Group's strategy:

    • Provide Technical Support to the Brand's Dealers, for all Products
    • Ensuring the Interface between Internal and External Customers
    • To be the Guarantor of the Control of our Distribution Network
    • Being a Commercial Relay for MECALAC after-sales service

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Training at Bac + 2 level to engineer (generalist interested in equipment and/or maintenance)
    • Knowledge of English and technical Spanish
    • With a good technical knowledge related to the range of our products (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, ...)
    • Ability to diagnose a failure or malfunction
    • Ability to write and describe a technical problem in order to provide reliable information to the technical services.
    • Ability to communicate internally and to distributors the requirements of customers
    • Engine in the resolution of technical problems
