In the face of this unprecedented crisis, we are taking all necessary measures to participate efficiently in the fight against the spread of the virus.


Our organisation has therefore been reviewed, with the aim of ensuring continuity of service. Consequently, MECALAC's employees in France and our dealers will do everything in our power to provide you with the best possible support during this very special period.


✔ The spare parts store remains open, with a dedicated team to deal with urgent requests,
✔ Technical assistance to dealers is provided in the normal way, but remotely, by our teams.
✔ Sales team can be reached over the phone or by e-mail,
➡ For the rest, we invite you to get closer to your usual contacts in the dealership who will guide you and find solutions again and again.


The other factories of the group (MECALAC Baumaschinen and MECALAC Construction equipment) normally maintain their activity for the moment.
